Account information — your username and email (via our identity provider). Trading data — the trades, positions, journal notes, and screenshots you import or enter. Brokerage data — when you connect a broker or aggregator, read-only trade and account history. Usage data — basic logs needed to run and secure the Service. Payment data — handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, generate your analytics and journal, authenticate you, process subscriptions, provide support, secure the Service, and comply with law.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, our payment processor, and brokerage-connectivity providers), and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Brokerage and AI processing

Brokerage access is read-only and used only to import your history. Your journal data may be sent to an AI model to generate Coach responses; we use this only to produce your in-app analysis.

5. Security

We use access controls, authentication, and per-user data isolation to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will delete it except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California/CCPA, EU/UK/GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.
